If you call, we collect the number you call from, the address you ask us to check, plan preferences, and a recording of the call where recording is used for quality and training. If you submit the callback form, we collect the name, phone, ZIP, and the consent record. The site stores a ZIP in local storage if you enter one.

We use that information to check availability, place an order you request, return your call, train agents, and measure ads. Order details are shared with the provider you choose so they can install service. Payment for service is billed by that provider.

Calls may be recorded. A notice is played and shown next to phone buttons.

We may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and a tag manager. Those tools can receive the IP address and pages viewed. Phone numbers on the site use the class lq-phone so call-tracking software can swap them. You can control cookies in your browser.

We are a California company. Residents may ask to know, delete, or correct personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising cookies can be a “share.” Use the Do Not Sell page or email support@lqcomms.com. We will not discriminate for exercising these rights.
